Orchid Photography Tips

  1. Avoid distracting backgrounds.

  2. Try photographing from different angles. (i.e. from above or below)

  3. Use the macro setting on compact cameras. They give excellent results - equal to fancier expensive cameras.

  4. Keep your camera steady. Use a tripod or set it on something sturdy and use the self timer.

•Selective coloring, toning or tinting

•Multi-layer compositions or collages

•Multiple exposures

•Multiple images that are mounted in one matte
